Advantages of the ultrasonic flow meter

Disadvantages of the ultrasonic flow meter
(1) The temperature measurement range of the wholesale price ultrasonic flow meter is not high, but now products with high temperature resistance have been developed, but the price is high.
(2) Poor anti-interference ability. It is easy to be interfered by the ultrasonic noise mixed by air bubbles, scaling, pumps and other sound sources, which affects the measurement accuracy.
(3) The requirements for the straight pipe section are strict, the first 20D and the last 5D. Otherwise, the dispersion is poor and the measurement accuracy is poor.
(4) Uncertainty of installation will bring greater error to flow measurement.
(5) The scaling of the measuring pipeline will affect the measurement accuracy and bring about measurement errors.
