2. Industrial washing machine installation

3. Adjustment level of industrial washing machines

5. Entry of water and air

1. Cold water:

The water pressure is (2-6kg/mm2). If the water pressure is lower than the requirement, the water inlet time will be extended; when the water pressure is higher than At 6.8kg/cm, because the water pressure is too high, the pipeline may be damaged and personnel may be injured, so a manual shut-off valve and filter valve must be installed between the industrial washing machine and the water inlet pipe.


2. Hot water:

The situation of hot water is basically similar to that of cold water, and a manual shut-off valve is also required. It is worth noting that the temperature of the hot water should not be too high to prevent damage to the clothes.


3. Compressed air:

The industrial washing machine and the air compressor are connected by a Φ8mm nylon air pipe. The industrial washing machine has a triple air source, so it is best to adjust the pressure to 4kg/mm2, and to keep the air pressure between 5.4-6.7kg/cm2, Too big or too small will cause problems.


4. Drain outlet:

There is a drain port under the industrial washing machine. Connected to the drain port is a high-temperature resistant Φ114mm plastic pipe. The drain pipe must be higher than the ground. Please do not put the nozzle in the water, otherwise it will cause the drain pipe to drain. The drainage port must have a flow rate of 300 liters per minute, otherwise it will cause overflow, which will not only stain the clothes, but also make the industrial washing machine unable to dehydrate.
